I can give you a data point about biodiesel and particulates. I tried 2 oz/gallon of acetone in my B100 since that is the biggest issue I have with my biodiesel, just to clarify other issues are the VOCs and minute quantities of carcinogens in the exhaust but I haven't heard of

Selling fuel is a stable low risk business. The independent retailers don't generally see radical change as part of their business model. Otherwise why aren't they all selling B20? There are two or three groups where people report their mileage and some people are reporting good

Also note that Warranty coverage is a very local issue (determined by state here in the US). In California an end user cannot do anything that voids their warranty. The waranty covers the materials and workmanship. I.e. quality of the materials and how well it was put together.

In the US restaurant equipment suppliers sell both filters and filter material that work very well for warm VO coming out of the fryer. The big drawback with screening on top of the barrels is that restaurants tend to over fill the barrel because they cant see how full it is and

I think the pickup arrangement should be consistent with the local industry. You are offering them a chance to do well by doing good. You cannot pickup all of the local used cooking oil so it doesn't make sense for you to do it for free. A small price break can often help people
