In the next few days, the FSC/ETI JOBS bill will be debated in the
U.S. House of Representatives. While it would be preferable to pass
a new broad and comprehensive national energy bill, that seems
unlikely. Therefore, the FSC/ETI JOBS bill could be used to advance
alternative fuel tax incentives. You can review the Senate version
of the alternative fuel tax incentives in the JOBS bill at:
http://www.e85fuel.com/front_page/clear_act_provisions_senate_jobs_bil
l.pdf.

It is very important that your Congressman hear from you regarding
the need to promote alternative fuels. We encourage you to click on
the following link and enter your zip code: http://www.house.gov/. A
web page will then list your Congressman to the U.S. House of
Representatives. Please select the email link of your Congressman
and send him or her the note below asking them to consider adding
alternative fuel tax incentives to this bill:

Dear Congressman ______________,

As the House of Representatives begins to debate the FSC/ETI JOBS
bill, I would strongly encourage you to support the addition of
alternative fuel and infrastructure tax incentives to the House
version of the bill. As gasoline exceeds $2.00 per gallon, it is
clear that alternative transportation fuels are needed now more than
ever!. It is also apparent that a new broad and comprehensive energy
bill is unlikely to be passed during this session of Congress. The
FSC/ETI bill is an appropriate mechanism to advance alternative fuel
tax incentives.

Please support the addition of alternative fuel and infrastructure
tax incentives to the House JOBS bill using language similar to that
which recently passed the Senate in S. 1637.

Sincerely,
(Your Name)
