I have removed the check valves on both
the inlet and exit and replaced them with hydraulic disconnects with a ball
valve behind to stop the flow when not wanted. I dont wory about the dessolving
of the lye. I just mix the heck out of it and when it cools to the point that I
can touch

Most of the recipe's on JtFdescribe hours to
dissolved the lye in methanol.Mine usually takes about 20 minute to half
an hour. I use translucent bottles and check for settled lye. Is there something
I am missing?When I mix it I poor the Lye into the methanol and swirl it
for a minute
