It's quite simple to set up your own panel setup for what you require.

You first need to calculate your daily loads and duty cycles of your equipment.
ie. your sensor circuitry takes say, for example, 2.5 amps when operating and 
switches on for 5 periods of 30 minutes each. The total of the operating 
amperage required + the duty cycle amperages would be your daily load(s) 

You choose a true deep discharge battery that can handle your daily load(s) + 
30% is normal. 
Pick a battery that has sufficient amp-hour capacity for what you need to power.

You then size your panel to give you at least a C30 rate of charge to ensure 
the battery gets recharged properly. You have to allow for wire losses if you 
are running lines for some distances and 3% - 5% percent should be the maximum 
allowable depending on the wire guage that you require. You were stating 
"milliamps, so if that is the case and you are only sending low 
voltage/milli/amperage pulses somewhere, the battery and PV panel can be sized 
much smaller.
