I just got a look at what a local company is making and marketing as a canola based biodiesel feul conditioning product. They sell 1 litre for $15 and it is to be added to 1000 litres of diesel. I did some preliminary tests on it and found that the ph is off the scale, beyond 12. The guy usig it
