I too spent at least an hour reading that.
Very interesting, also interesting that they can engineer a 290 HP engine to
put out 700 HP max, without losing any mileage, though when you're pulling 40
tons I guess more HP could help you out a lot.
I just spent nearly 2 hours reading at that
I am in Barstow Ca. USA I am going to use some to run on Biode and power

here is my second try of wvo burner, i have to change some thinks
like the feed of wvo is a rubber pipe on a place where it gets too
hot so this rubber melts, better versions will came.
I intend to use this to dry wvo to make biodiesel
i've made a document with photos, schema and
Hello All,
The BD I'm producing is slightly murky at low temps(below 35 F). Once
the temp is around 40 F it is clear as DD. Is this a problem?
How do you guys/gals deal with this?

Typical. add a heater to prevent filter plugging if the weather gets too
cold. we sell them.

thanks,
Is it normal for BD to do this at low temps (under 35 F)?
I have been experimenting with letting the BD sit for 2-3 weeks--most
if not all of the soaps/salts precipitate out. I then filter out the
precipitate. The wash water is clear after the first wash. Do I even
need to wash it if
You are encountering the cloud point of the fuel, and yes, even for
commercial biodiesel the spec is for slightly above freezing, for this to
occur. Adding a heater, or blending with winter diesel is the usual
recommendation if you are concerned about filter plugging as a result of the
inherent

Hi Keith and Everyone,
#4 Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments Continued
In the case of mono,di, and triglycerides, fats and oils, R1 is the aliphatic

ok...cool.
Then at least I got the hang of production. I'm still going to wash
the BD after I let it sit for 2-3 weeks. I just checked the ph of
the previously mentioned batch and it's about 7-7.5--that's too high.
After a single wash with 2-3 table spoons of vingar per gallon of
wash water
You can add Dipetane at a ratio of 1:200 and it should help most biofuels.
