Why do you want to reduce the idine value??? The standard stand for commercial BD makers so they can only use virgin rapeseed oil I also live in Europe and process restorant WVO usually palm fat. I get Great BD from it and it is more resistant to polimerisation. Only disadvantage is winter time.
