seen this used as a major argument against wind turbines
before. If I remember correctly, some of the newer wind turbines have
a top speed of 12 mph, no matter how fast the wind blows. I think that
part of the reason for this is because of birds.

count / gallon.

Why do they need a government handout? I don't ask the government to
subsidize my projects. A few close friends, if I think there will be a
payback, but never the government.
