Some people have had luck looking on www.pumpbiz.com I use an old drill and a long, bent rod like a paint stirrer. Works great for 20 gallons or so - all you need is a vortex on the surface. Stainless will work for immersion. I use quite a bit of steel and have yet to have a problem. Good
