means of oral hygiene (which is all they're talking about), even as
compared to, say, rinsing with salt water. but they're grossly
misrepresenting what's going on here.

I find coconut oil is most effective, at least for me. Coconut oil is
anti-fungal as well as made up of medium-chain fatty acids which are potent
anti-microbial agents.

that I may have to actually try this Oil Pulling trick. I realize now that it's
a bit hypocritical of me to consider so many of my fellow countrymen
closeminded, if I'm not open to new things myself!
