Other than probably violating some warranty clause, I cant see any reason. Of course the dealer will tell you all kinds of reasons to not use it. However most if not all BioFuel suppliers dont suggest running B100 or 100% BioDiesel but using B20 or B50 Which is a mixture of regular diesel

Combustion of hydrocarbons produces CO2 and H2O. So whether you strip the hydrogen out of the fossil fuel and burn it or burn it while it is still part of the fossil fuel makes no difference. I haven't done the calculations but it would not be difficult to determine the total water
