Swisscom shut down their F/E-Port to our LNS... (The port on their STE is
down)
All their Helpdesk told us, was to open a Connectivity Trouble Ticket...
but hey - they're the wrong people...
A few thousand ADSL-customers are down and Swisscom wants a TT... AArrgg...
Downtime is now 30
a similar problem it worked this way.
