Hi Viktor, That's what you have to do... If you open a connectivity TT, someone from the NOC will get in touch with you within a few minutes. Together with the connectivity TT, also write an email saying that it's very urgent to their wholesale customer care email address. Last time we had a similar problem it worked this way.
