I've had solar and a few other things and have been operating under emergency
power for a few years. My system uses all portable panels. I'd be willing to
do a talk about emergency power and solar in general, and roll back the phased
loop array talk if people are interested

I did Field Day in 2015 with a 15v/1.7a solar panel and an FT817. Made 29
contacts QRP and alternate power source. The next closest guy used an FT817 and
human power(bicycle/alternator) and made 22 contacts. So it is possible...
