[sword-devel] Bishop for Android and iOS 1.0.4

2018-03-11 Thread Troy A. Griffitts
New Bishop is available. I believe I've added the Apple UDIDs for everyone who sent them.  I haven't looked into TestFlight yet, but thank you for the suggestion. Michael, I believe I've added a "No data to display." message when none of the 3 active modules selected have data for the verse

Thank you very much DM, much appreciated. It was indeed my write access to the folder that caused the problem, now sorted and the module, on first glance, displays correctly in Xiphos. Best regards, Johan Marais Institute for Scripture Research

Good day, I created a bible module (osis.xml) which I want to convert into a Sword bible module, using osis2mod. It looks as if it works correctly, but there is no output. I receive this message: You are running osis2mod: $Rev: 3314 $ Adding cipher filter with phrase: xx SUCCESS:

Johan, The output should be located at ./modules/texts/ztext/ts2009. Those folders should already be there. There should be some kind of failure message if it cannot open the output files for writing. If there are currently files there it should update them. Since you didn’t include any flags

Thank you David. The DataPath in the conf is indeed with a forward slash, i.e. - DataPath=./modules/texts/ztext/ts2009/ Best regards, Johan Marais Institute for Scripture Research www.messianic.co.za From: David Haslam

Except in the .conf file, the module path in Windows should use rather than / The .conf file is cross-platform, so a choice was made at the beginning to use / as in Linux. Best regards, David Sent from ProtonMail Mobile On Sun, Mar 11, 2018 at 16:47, DM Smith wrote: >

One step beyond from DM Smith's response: if you correct the osis2mod statement to output to the rawtext folder, it should conform to naming conventions. You might also have to update the conf file to point to this location. That is use this command to create the module: osis2mod

Troy, I just tried version 1.05 and it started up with no text. I selected 1, 2, and 3 bibles and all was working. Gary On 03/11/2018 07:05 PM, Troy A. Griffitts wrote: New Bishop is available. I believe I've added the Apple UDIDs for everyone who sent them.  I haven't looked into
