What makes this funny to me is that this was a very high-class field. Perhaps the best field of any event at the GWG. This group contains a world champ, Oly champ, indoor 2M record holder, and a bunch of general bad-asses. Perhaps the tiny field and unusual parity led to nobody taking any risk.
