Problem is that it is very perishable data, at least in this part of the
world. These signs have to be repainted very frequently, and will not
always be repainted in the same place.

called blazes.
You can also use traffic_sign=blaze (as with signs mounted on buildings
and the old practice of painting signs on telephone poles).
