I put source tags on ways in relations, even if the rest of the tags are
on the relation.

IMHO it shouldn't as the way is part of a relation. It doesn't for
mp-relations for instance.

I think it would be better to tag motorway with motorroad and oneway yes and
stip of all the implied tag.
1. I know some motorways which are not oneway.
2. Right now your are not allowed to ride with a motorcycle on motorways, as
long as it is not tagged seperatly !

Anything implied doesn't need to be added, removing it would save
