+1 I'm doing the same in Belgium. It's great to see this map
There is a similar situation near Geel, Belgium. First they constructed
several roundabouts along the R14, then they turned them back to regular
crossings
Only the roundabout with the N19 is kept at the moment, but there they
placed traffic signals (http://osm.org/go/0ErQgoDk--?m=relation=1263541

I tagged noexit=yes on the ways.
Why ? If I remember correctly some more experienced mapper told me it was
ok to do so.
And perhaps I read the wiki page before June 28, 2011, when there was
nothing mentioned about way or node.
You cannot assume each mapper reads all wiki pages every week or
as a connection
(because of oversize of rendered ways).
But this could be determined by preprocessing also.

I'm currently mapping the protected monuments in Belgium. One of the
buildings you encounter are vicarages. I looked at taginfo, but couldn't
find an appropriate tag.
What should I use ?
historic = vicarage
or parsonage
or rectory
or presbytery ?
It's for roman-catholic pastors in case that
Let me try to clarify this.
In case there are 2 companies stopping at a particular station, they both
might have different properties for that stop: e.g. the names, reference
numbers and zones.
So the zone might depend on the company (both bus transportation), not on
the form of transportation
Why is zone ambiguous on a bus_stop ? Or any more ambiguous than name ?
The latter is also used for so many different things.
I see no need to make new tags for each new zone concept. This is only
needed when 1 item can belong to different types of zones.
When you need 2 different zones for
