You also get wifi hotspots built into domestic routers. In the UK BT are the most common, in fact it is difficult to be in a residential area and not see one. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BT_Wi-fi Customers have access to these, and the public can sign up to use them. These probably wouldn't b
