I had an answer from the organizers.
They didn't mention the talk, so i guess it is too late to propose one.
But they were interested by having Tails Demos. We can have

I beleived you may be interested to submit a proposal about Tails.
If needed I can provide contacts that are a bit involve with the
organisation or at least use to go to the event.

Just a side note: I have been told that it is not uncommon that people
make more than one proposal in MozFest, so if you believe that both
proposals are relevant, and you have the energy to write them, there is
no need to choose only one. It can also be a good way to choose later if
we do both, or just one, according to whom is available.

bandwidth used by a mirror (tails.hivane.net) which
receive around 1/50 of the total downloads. As you can see, the 3.9 peak
is "a bit" higher than the previous releases ones.
