Hi. Has anybody noticed that the folders tree in Outlook 2010 sometimes
reads incorrectly when the cursor is placed in it? Running Window-Eyes 9.1
and Windows 8.1 64 bit. For example if I am in the inbox and then tab away
to read the message list, when I come back to the Treeview, Window-Eyes

Good evening,
I know that outlook express is not supported under windows 7, but I would be
keen to hear from anybody who has it working totally smoothly? Particularly if
you have modified the programme or window-eyes setfiles to facilitate better
access.
Thanks.

Amy, you might try turning off browse mode in the addons manager and
getting to the disable option.

Hi folks
In a bit of irony, I've noticed that for the last little while, the
audio description page on Netflix doesn't seem to work with any
screenreader I have on my system, including Window-eyes. Here are the
steps to reproduce this, so you guys can see this in action.
1. go to
I notice firefox was mentioned. So, is that just a firefox command, or will

Hi Karen,
If you press Alt-D you will be placed in the address bar where the URL is
located and will be highlighted if you don't press the arrow keys or
anything.
At this point, you could press Control-Shift-M to read the selected block of
text, namely, the URL and/or press Control-C to copy it
The simplest way to do that is to press control+l to bring up the
address bar. The address of the current web page will be there, and it
will already be selected since that key results in both a focus transfer
and a select in Firefox. Use the standard control+c copy command, then
paste where
Interesting. I didn't know about Alt+d myself. I always use ctrl+l. It
works though; I verified it.

I have seen the incorrect folder name read when arrowing through the list of
folders in Outlook 2013 as well. It isn't every folder, so I am not sure of
the pattern yet.

Hello Everyone,
I use the control-o a lot to move among my files/folders in Word 2013. I do
not know what I did to mess it up, but the main list of my folders is now in
reverse alpha order. If I go into Windows Explorer, it is correct. How to
fix so the folders are again in the alpha order?
