don't be fooled by this statement. download speed for windows update has little to do with weather you are useing 7 or 10 with the same service plan you are useing. it has to do on how much traffic there is on the microsoft server, how much trafic on comcast. like how many people on comcast

Interesting, on my old windows 7 computer, I could never get any windows 7 updates since the first of April. When I did a check for updates, It said progressing and never would do anything from that point on. I even used the Microsoft windows update component repair tool with no luck.
