This is what I was talking about last week. I can't use the arrow keys
while composing a message.. Same is true for replying.

Just to be clear, the Insert F4 is not just muting JAWS, but exiting the
program, which is why you then need to start it back up when you want to use it
again. I'm not aware of a mute feature.
