Problem with Outlook 2010, not reading the address and subject lines

Hi, I recently upgraded to Windows10, and I am using WindowEyes 9.4. I have just discovered that WE will no longer read the address or subject lines when I am trying to send an email message using Outlook 2010. This happens even though I have sighted help telling me there is info in those lines

I would like to uninstall WE 9.4.0.0 then reinstall it again with the hope that this may solve some of the issues I have been having since upgrading to Windows 10. How can I do this? The most current hard disc I have for WE is 7.4 which I don’t think will work at all with Windows 10. Thanks for

I have Windows10 and WE 9.4. WE will not read some of the menu items as it used to do with Windows7. For example, in Word, when I want to change a font size or style, WE will not read the menus. Do I need to adjust some setting, or is their a different way to make these adjustments with Windows1
