Hello Rafa, Indeed, as it was said by somebody else here, in WE, under diagnostics, there's an item for Office and if you expand the submenu, there should be an item that says something about your office license... Run it, and it should help recognise the valid Office installation. Good luck

Yes, I’ve been experiencing having to relaunch Window-eyes again and again because it suddenly goes quiet on me and I don’t know what’s going on. I don’t think window-eyes is ready for windows 10. Simon > On 29 Jan 2016, at 11:39, Brandon Miller via Talk > wrote:

Flash problems

Hi, I'm doing a course on the internet, and the the course is designed with a lot of flash in it. Both content as well as question and multiple choice answers are rendered via flash. When I press the link which displays flash content, I can't read any content at all. Window-eyes says that

Thanks, Karyn. I rather feared that. I doubt it whether the tutor is going to rewrite his flash content for one student, so i'm afraid I won't be able to complete the course. Live and learn. I shall have to be more careful in the future what I pay for. Many thanks again for your comments.

This has been happening to me too. Does Aisquared know about this? Do they read our posts? Do they take any note of this? Surely it's quite a bug isn't it? Is there a more direct way of reporting bugs to them? Best wishes Simonn > On 25 Jan 2016, at 15:05, Barbara via Talk

Hi Tony, I entirely agree with you: I'm struggling with it myself. As for "selected/unselected", I understand that as you arrow up and down, although you can hear items in the menu being spoken, they are not automatically selected as it would have been before. You need to press enter on an

Using mouse and clicking in Window-eyes

Hi, As I have already said, I’m pretty new to Window-eyes. I know it is my responsibility to read through the materials available. There’s so much to learn and remember though, could I ask you about mouse use and clicking with mouse cursor, which is pretty useful on occasion? I use laptop

No feedback in combo boxes in internet explorer

Hi, I went to the page from which one can download vocalizer voices for Window-eyes. When I opened the combo box in which to choose a language and then the following one where you choose the voice, I had no voice feedback from Window-eyes. Had I not been using a Braille display, I wouldn't
