Hi,
Shortly, you should receive a link to your activation file.
Download it, run it and activate Window-eyes. Restart Window-eyes then install
the synthesizer authorization file from help/get more voices.

Actually, Chris G got me the auth file and sent it to me off list.
It works fantastically! I now have W E working correctly with Eloquence.
