move, then press CTRL+SHIFT+V. This will bring up a tree view of your folders.
Just select the folder you want the message moved to and press ENTER.

Select the message in your Deleted items folder, press the Applications key or
Shift-F10, then press M for Move and then you'll get a list of folders you've
previously moved messages to, and one option down the list is Other, the
shortcut being O, and this wil pop up a dialog of folde
If it's the same as Outlook 10 and 13, the command is alt-h, m, v, and
select folder.
