I also run into issues when I run Excel or ITunes. After awhile, I have
to reboot my machine.

WE9.4 still will not restart with control alt w.
The issue is that I believe
I have seen control-alt-w not working many times. When this happens, if I
go to the desk top, whatever item I was last on is frozen in place.
Usually I can press control-insert-f4 to close Window-eyes, wait just a
minute, and then re-start window-eyes with control-alt-w. This usually
fixes
