I did get it fixed using Chris's long directions; that insert and 2
does not seem to work. But I have it and I set it. It just worms out
of work every so often. but i have saved the directions and now won't
have that trouble if it does it again.

1. Press control-backslash for the Window-eyes control panel.
2. arrow down to keyboard and press the right arrow.
3. Arrow down to voice and press tab.
4. Tab to the voice combo box, select on with characters.
5. Press control-s to save.
Note: you can use the global shortcut insert-2 unti
