Windows 10 and the current version of Window-Eyes works fine with no
modifications required.
Office 365 is a subscription service which entitles you to always get the
current version of Office.
For one computer, it costs about six dollars American per month.
I have all these things, and
Window-eyes 9.4 was created with Windows-10 in mind. For what it's
worth, I am planning on installing Windows-10 around the deadline before
it becomes a paid upgrade. The deadline for blind users has apparently
been extended (I don't know how Microsoft determines you are a blind user).
