I would get the latest driver update for your display adapter. Get it either from the your computer manufacturer or the adapter manufacturer. Window-Eyes and JAWS use mirror drivers you can see in Device Manager along with the actual driver. NVDA doesn't use this method. Hth, Tom On

I just removed window eyes 9.5.4 and did a clean install. FX still don't work with wineyes, still no navigational keys, I think something got messed up during the win 10 fall update. What I don't understand, is why NVDA works. I have problems with wineyes and jaws in FX or IE

No it doesn't have to be copied to a CD. just unzip it and open the file and find the setup file to install it. You can copy all files to a CD if you wish. I have mine on a thumb drive for save keeping. It appears the installation copy gw micro sent me needs to be burnt to a disk. would

just find the downloaded file and highlight it. then press control c to copy it to the clipboard. vchange to the flash drive and use control v to paste the file. just make sure you have enough free space on the flash drive. you can do the same thing with the disk. highlight all the files then

is this a zip file? a folder with the files in them etc. you might only have to copy the files to a flash drive then find and run the setup.exe file to install it. even a installation disk you can copy the files to a flash drive and do the same thing. run the setup.exe setup file.

i think the insert f7 functions is a jaws defect. some times i get the same error. but when i close firefox and reload it and press the insert f7 key it works fine with the list of links. i don't have any problems with navigation with firefox 52.4 with jaws or window eyes. -Original

I am still having navigational issues with IE or FX. Window eyes has the same problem that started a few weeks ago in FX 56.x where we lost navigational keys. Uninstalled FX 56.x and installed FX 52.4 and have the same problem with window eyes. I installed Jaws 2018 When i hit insert
