I think it will do only mp3, but you could use a program like switch to
convert to mp3.
Mp3direct and switch are here.
To get the file you want, go to the link below
and hit enter on that file.

Hi Chris:
As far as I know, the only way to do this, if you do not want to by a
cd from AIsquare with the latest update, is have kept all your upgrade
files from the last major upgrade.
Not verry helpful, perhaps, but that's the best you can do as far as I know.

Chris and Bob,
I think we are at cross purposes here.
Neville and I were talking about preventing a Windows 7 PC from being
updated to Windows 10 and not updates to Windows 10 software.

Hi
I'm a bit confused, as my room mate just got a windows 10 laptop, and
I've not noticed any updates several times a day which interrupts her
use of the laptop. It does update itself overnight which makes sense
because she's not using it then. I do remember one time that it updated

Thanks for your reply John.
Yes, I have noticed this and take particular care which updates are
checked for download and installation. The monthly updates are a bit of
a battle between the user and Microsoft it seems.
Cheers

Hello Neville,
Please also take care about what Microsoft brings in at update time.
You may well find that it will slip in the upgrade to Windows 10 as an
optional upgrade. This is pre-checked and will need to be unchecked on each
occasion if you want to prevent it.
