Error Reporting

Using Windows 7 64 bit and Window-Eyes 9.5.4. I have Window-Eyes set to load after login. For the past few days after Window-Eyes loads I get the error reporting message. I've been deleting it and Window-Eyes seems to run normally, but what might be causing the error reporting message to come up?

Hi Rod, I deleted the apps from, backslash Program Files (x86) backslash GW Micro backslash Window-Eyes. I guess that comes from all the years I worked in DOS. Hard to teach an old dog new tricks! I'm disappointed that Window-Eyes won't do anything with the command line prompt in Windows ten.
