I'm running Windows 10.
What exactly is happening? Can you get it to say pressed and then after
closing the window and re-opening it it's not pressed? i.e. when you tab to
it it just says button instead of button pressed.

It's a button not a check box. It says "Ask where to save each file before
downloading" followed by only button if it's not pressed and button pressed
if it is.
I just opened Chrome and went to it. It said pressed. I pressed the space
bar and it said nothing. But I tabbed off and back onto it and it just says
the name and button. I closed the window with Control+W and then closed
Chrome with the same. I opened it again and it was still not pressed.
I then did the same in reverse to turn it back on and now it says button
pressed when I tab onto it.
