I would think the process would be the same going from Windows 7 to 10 as it
has been sense July 2015.
The repair windows 10 display driver in diagnostics is not necessary if you
have 9.5.1.

I've done it with just window-eyes. If it's going to update you only need
one screenreader.

Using this link, my tablet is in the first reboot. I didn't have any display
error issues.
I downloaded the media creation utility that is 17mb.
I won't be truly happy until it is complete but didn't have any issues up until
the first reboot.
