Hi guys has anyone noticed in we 9.3 if your in windows update and other
windows sections that the numpad keys seam to get stuck.
In the passed you could simpleyjust arrow up and down to read but now we gets
stuck on 1 or 2 lines and you can not read anything eles.

Just to let you know, when I clicked on the link that you provided, I got a 404
error file not found.
Perhaps they just took the article down or moved it.
