デフォルトのプリセットへの手の入れ方が分からなかったので
小さなプリセットファイルを作ってみました。
添付ファイルをローカルにおいて、下記手順でJOSMプリセットに取りこんでみてください。
「縁石」というプリセットが現れると思います。
編集＞設定＞マップ設定（上から３番目のアイコン）＞タグ付けプリセット
「アクティブなプリセット」右側の「＋」をクリックしてローカルに置いたプリセットを追加登録し、JOSMを再起動
プリセットのフォーマットは下記を参照ください。
