Hi
Any changes to runways and taxiways?
These seem to have an issue at the moment. Hard to tell at a glance due to
cached tiles and rendering ques.
But at least they were not rendered at zoom 15 at one recent point in time.

* Adjusting zoom levels where features are displayed
but astonishingly I can't find a single instance of these with taginfo
right now (maybe some mass-retagging?).
An example of different names through time:

Instances like the one above are even searchable in nominatim.
It was even an outcry in media

There is no preset for mountain passes in Potlatch.
You will have to add it manually as key/values.
This is how you do it in Potlatch 2:
Mark the node for the highest point on the road.
Click 'Advanced' In the lower left.
In the grid, enter 'mountain_pass' as key and 'yes' as value.

Hi
Not quite on topic, but somewhat related:
Has anyone made and published tiles for an azimuthal equidistant or a
similar projection centered on the poles with osm data?

Hi
I have also tinkered on a tool that might do something like you ask for.
The idea is a 'poi multiplexer system' to manage a list of pois.
Each poi might be 'linked' to an osm-object or

Dear everybody
Nice to see that some actually read the original post before replying, in
an effort to keep on subject.
Interesting to see that nobody seems to object strongly to the (manual)
edits I have already done with *ways* tagged with highway=ford. Now all
those ways show up in all(?)

Perhaps an example of the two schemes is in its place.

I propose to replace highway=ford with ford=yes (or perhaps barrier=ford?)
on nodes as well, simply to de-clutter the highway tag and to be more
consistent.

Hi
There are now few, if any, ways with highway=ford left.
They have all been changed to highway=whatever the connecting ways are +
ford=yes http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:ford.
Any suggestions on what to do with the 4800 nodes also tagged with

Change them to ford=yes all

At the same time I will also raise a few tickets with the various editors
and rendrers for the necessary patching.
