voulait absolument mettre name=République française sur la relation
décrivant la France. Et il est vrai qu'un tag
chose dans le genre... Le nom de l'endroit existe
même en dehors de toute classification administrative donc il doit

Il me semble que l'import d'Alban n'avait été fait au départ que pour
les plus grosses communes. Il avait dit à l'époque qu'il lui en
restait pas mal à importer mais qu'il préférait le faire au coup par
coup.

Les petits et les grands lacs se différencient par les coordonnées des
ways qui les composent. Je ne pense pas qu'on devrait rajouter des
tags pour des choses qui peuvent être déduit de la géométrie d'un
objet.
Sinon je réitère, c'est une très bonne idée :)

Du côté des frontières à l'Est, il est volontairement plus large pour
ne pas en oublier mais il est fort possible qu'on ai laissé passer une
erreur à l'époque je le vérifierai.
