Hallo.
"Just on the beginning of the private way" is one of the common places
for barriers. Its mapping makes an apparent clash between reality and
mapping schematic - there is no way to mark this fact exactly.

Hi,
I today realized that Tenerife
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=28.291&lon=-16.557&zoom=10&layers=B000FTF
is (at least partially flooded).
I've been mapping a couple of villages there lately but to the best of my
knowledge I didn't touch the coastline,
Any ideas?
Cheers

That is sort of what the perl script does, or tries to, I think.
Once it has the XML file the program can see whether a given feature

So the relation is to try and overcome a problem with the renderers, rather

hi,
I was wondering if there is already a method to mark the (mainly
architect) who designed a specific map feature. I did a quick search,
but couldn't find what I was searching for.
the tag would be useful for places rich in historical monuments. for
example, in Torino, Itali, I'd mark the Mole

The Map Features is edited manually, means that we have to accept the
fact that the list of all key/values supported by all OSM applications
will never be complet and up-to-date in this wiki page.
Map Features is a great page and very usefull for beg
