Where is this area? Maybe there's a new batch of imagery.
Anyway, we try to determine which offset is correct. The usual way is to
use GPS tracks to check. But in the absence of such, I will assume that
newer imagery is positioned more correctly.

I did check against the GPS tracks in the area, and they appear to
generally match with the imagery. So I strongly suspected the features were
traced using older imagery.
It's in the Shaw boulevard/Acacia lane area in Mandaluyong.
