A while back I could download the zip file for NSW from osmaustralia.org, unzip it rename the img file to gmapsupp.img, copy it onto the Garmin Nuvi and I would have routable osm maps on the Garmin, Recently when I do this the maps are not routable at all and when you try to set a route, it just

Thanks John, Excellent - it now works. You were right, Everytime I downloaded the current zip file, I ended up with a 13.6MB zip file and subsequently a 14MB img file. I've now saved it to a completely different locations and now I have a 18.5MB zip file and a subsequent 24.7 MB img file that is
