I think this is the same as for other 'temporary' changes. We had the
discussion before for 'temporary' changes near St.Jacobsmarkt in Antwerpen
where temporary means longer than 3 years...
- if the change lasts long enough
- and if the person that makes the temporary change in OSM is able
The whole discussion with Tom from De Lijn raised a few questions for me.
How do we indicate a bus stop is 'afgeschaft' or 'verplaatst'? Do we change
the bus routes when the buses take another route for several months at a
time? Like is the case atm for ALL bus lines in Leuven that pass through the
