space (it is only advisory to not park there if not charging - that's why
we can't do anything when people park on them, except if there is a sign

Witch tag should be added to indicated that a parking_space is only for
electric vehicle "when charging???" ...with "fee=yes/no"
maxstay=* is not good exist for other parking places also like near shop
for "fee=no" & "maxstay=30"
