I just stumbled upon the wiki page https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Multilingual_names#Brussels I was surprised to read e.g. "Note that the "first mapper rule" is deprecated now." and "In OSM, we have a consensus to use a fixed order" (both changes made by Gplv2 on Oct 19, 2016) Not that I
