In Duitsland zijn er al verschillende manifestaties tegen article 13 geweest. Mocht je Duits verstaan, deze dame [1] voert al enkele maanden opositie tegen het wetsvoorstel dat alle websites zal verplichten een filter te installeren om te kijken of er geen inhoud met licentie wordt geupload.
