A quick reading of the terms of use at
http://www.fredericton.ca/en/citygovernment/TermsOfUse.asp seems to show
that they suffer from the same problems as the Vancouver terms of use and
are non-open. http://weait.com/content/unintended-restrictions has an
analysis of them.
