I know this has likely been asked a million times. Does anyor have a recommendation for a good, accurate GPS to use with osm? I'm currently using my Nuvi 750 with the hidden track log feature. It works well enough while driving, but the times I've tried using it walking, the results are

Ideas: -mention this on the irc #osm-dev chat. As a JOSM develepor might be able to help further -zipping : try .bz2 compression, instead of regular zip, maybe it does something different to the .osm data? -at that same time (with that new josm revision, WMS didnt work for some people) -josm

Just noticed that Google is now showing what is essentially GeoBase data on Google Maps Canada. There seem to be a lot of errors (e.g. buildings that have been demolished, missing roads such as the Highway 410 extension). Pretty terrible effort on the part of Google, let's do better with OSM.
