As far as I know, Bhuvan uses Tilecache.py to serve out Imagery in tiles( http://tile1.nrsc.gov.in/tilecache/tilecache.py/1.0.0/bhuvan_imagery2/10/719/456.jpg). The catch is that this imagery is in Geographic Latlong (i.e. EPSG:4326) and not in Web mercator Tilecache.py uses a WMS service at the b
